HYD Series Permanent Magnetic Roller (Semi-Magnetic System 120° 165° 240°; Full Magnetic System 360°) The HYD Series Permanent Magnetic Roller, also known as a Magnetic Pulley, features a composite magnetic system constructed from high-performance NdFeB (Neodymium Iron Boron) materials. It is characterized by high magnetic field intensity, extended magnetic lines, deep penetration, simple structure, and user-friendly operation. Requiring no maintenance, no power consumption, and maintaining its magnetic properties over long-term use, it is ideal for iron separation in industries such as cement, magnetic separation, mining, steel, chemicals, refractory materials, and waste processing. It can be paired with various universal fixed belt conveyors to replace the drive roller, or integrated into specially designed belt conveyor systems.

The magnetic pulley is suitable for ore particles around 14-18mm,mainly used for
（a) Removal of tramp ore particles or sand for primary crushed ores and middle-sized crushed ores.
（b) Refining low grade ore.
（c) Continuous,effective exaction of ferrous contamination and recovering the removing iron and tramp ferrous particles.This will improve the productivity of ore milling .lower power consumption and the cost of transportation,also a good protection of expensive processing machinery.magnetic.
This processing can separte ferrous contamination from a valuable product stream and only leave the useless un-smashed coarse ores.
