Wuzhou Huayou Magnetic Separator Factory is affiliated with Wuzhou Huaci Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. and is one of the leading manufacturers of high-field permanent magnet separators. As a well-established brand in China, it has grown into a sizable, specialized factory for magnetic separator production, particularly prominent in Southern China. The company was among the first in China to develop and implement rare-earth permanent magnet separators, and it remains a key R&D and manufacturing hub for these advanced systems in the country. Our factory was established in 1999 and currently operates two production bases. To meet the growing market demand for mining machinery, we have invested heavily in constructing new facilities and expanding our production capacity. In 2009, we officially registered Wuzhou Huaci Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. Today, the company operates under two distinct brands—Huaci Magnetic Separator Factory and Wuzhou Huaci Mining Equipment Co., Ltd.—while maintaining unified management and collaborative operations. Leveraging today’s top-performing rare-earth neodymium-iron-boron magnets as our core magnetic source, our magnetic separators deliver adjustable magnetic field strengths spanning from 800 to 15,000 Gauss. Depending on the magnetic field strength, different types of fine-grained minerals can be separated. A field strength of 800–1500 Gauss is suitable for separating strongly magnetic iron ore concentrates, such as magnetite, ilmenite, pyrrhotite, and vanadium-titanium magnetite, among others.

2000–3200 Gauss is suitable for reprocessing and recovering tailings that have already been separated by a ferrite weak-magnetic separator, as well as for processing semi-illusionary hematite ores.
3600–4500 Gauss is used to separate weakly magnetic minerals, such as semi-oxidized iron ores, pyrite, and biotite magnetite, among others.
4800–15,000 Gauss separates minerals with weaker magnetic properties, such as manganese-iron ore, hematite, limonite, titanium ore, and more.
The new concept behind the HYB series dedicated magnetic separators: Tailored designs of specialized magnetic separators are developed to meet the distinct process conditions and specific separation requirements at each stage of a magnetite beneficiation plant.
