The belt conveyors produced by our company mainly include the following components:
1.Frame: Available in single-layer and frame-type structures, capable of horizontal conveying and inclined conveying.
2.Conveyor belt: Adopting general-purpose rubber conveyor belts; the joints for conveying are connected using special adhesive for conveyor belts.
3.Power system: Equipped with Y-series motors, gear reducers, and cycloidal pinwheel reducers; motorized drums can also be selected as an alternative.
•Users can choose the corresponding belt conveyor according to actual operating conditions.
•If the material needs both transportation and magnetic separation (for iron removal), our company’s magnetic drum (magnetic pulley) can be configured to form an integrated equipment with both magnetic separation and conveying functions.Specification
