    The Submerged Wet High-Intensity Magnetic Separator is a newly developed permanent magnetic separation equipment by our company. It is primarily used for the discarding of tailings or the concentration and purification of weakly magnetic minerals (such as limonite, manganese ore, tungsten, niobium, tantalum, etc.) with a particle size below 12mm.

    Building on the successful experience of high-intensity magnetic roller systems, this machine features a radial arrangement of magnetic poles. This design breaks through the magnetic field limitations of semi-magnetic drums, enabling the drum surface magnetic field to reach up to 10,000 Gs.

    The drum is submerged in water, and ore is fed from the top. This design inherits the advantages of top-feed separators, such as a wide acceptable particle size range and efficient separation dynamics, while also integrating the benefits of water-based separation that utilizes buoyancy.

    Furthermore, the entire series is equipped with a spiral conveyor (commonly known as a "gun barrel"), which additionally serves to de-slime and dewater the concentrate. This results in improved separation efficiency and more stable product grades.

    This advanced model combines high separation precision, high recovery rates, energy and water savings, and easy operation and maintenance into a single machine. It can be widely applied in high-intensity magnetic separation processes.
